DISK’s real name is Daniel Tingstroem, born and raised in Stockholm Sweden. After living several years abroad, including Trinidad and Tobago, his musical influencess varies from old calypso to minimal techno. The red tread is probably the interactive and percussive part of music. Playing the drums from 10 years of age led him to study classic percussion and (of course) then strait in to the catering business where he now owns and operates to restaurants and bars. He Dj´s around Stockholm when opportunity is given and when not he is for some reason booked at his own bar in Stockholm called PLEASANT.
