Nick Sole – Earth (Toby Tobias Remixes)
Behind the synonym Nick Solé is Karsten Kaufmann, -Born
in February 1969 in the former East Germany after a 6 year
career in Football Nick found an interest in breakdance. It was
around that time that his interest in music grew. He started
collecting disco, funk, electro and old skool hip hop and after a
short break in W.Germany Nick went back home in
and started curving his favorite styles namely deep house,
downtempo and nu jazz, its now 1994. He opened the M beat record store in Potsdam, which ran for 10 years and is now opening as an online store.
Nick is a self taught music enthusiast and is free of
pretentious agendas. Its simply ‘DEEP’ and to the ‘SOUL’
Remix wiser, TOBY TOBIAS seemed to be a natural choice with his unique deep sound and subtle dance floor
sophistication.
Toby produced 2 remixes, presenting two takes on Earth,
both equally brilliant!!!
